End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, activating, or using ChatVideoPro (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement (“EULA”).

If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Momentohm Media LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ChatVideoPro inside Adobe Premiere Pro.

You may not:

  • Copy, share, or distribute the Software to anyone else
  • Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code
  • Circumvent licensing, activation, or usage restrictions
  • Sell, rent, or sublicense the Software
  • Use the Software to build a competing product or AI-based video editing tool

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Momentohm Media LLC.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

ChatVideoPro, including all code, UI/UX, design, trademarks, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Momentohm Media LLC.

Purchasing a license does not mean you own the Software—you are licensing the right to use it.

You may use any media you generate using the Software in personal or commercial projects, subject to the terms of the individual AI providers.

4. AI Providers, Billing & Unified FAL Account

ChatVideoPro connects to third-party AI providers through the FAL (fal.ai) unified billing system.

You acknowledge and agree:

  • You must create and maintain your own FAL account.
  • All generations and AI usage draw from your FAL credits, not ChatVideoPro.
  • Momentohm Media LLC does not control pricing, availability, or functionality of third-party models—including OpenAI, Google, Veo, Kling, Hailuo, Seedream, Recraft, SIMA, Bria, and others.
  • You are solely responsible for any charges billed to your FAL account.
  • ChatVideoPro does not and cannot store your API keys, FAL credentials, project files, or generation data.
  • ChatVideoPro is a “software bridge”—not the AI model provider itself.

5. Privacy & Data Handling

ChatVideoPro does not:

  • Collect or transmit personal data
  • Log your prompts, generations, or project information
  • Store your API key, FAL key, billing details, or credit balance
  • Access or upload your footage, timeline, sequences, or media

All prompts and generation requests are sent directly from your device to FAL and its connected providers. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Generated Media & Responsibility

AI-generated media may vary in quality or accuracy. You acknowledge:

  • Results are produced by third-party AI models, not Momentohm Media LLC
  • You are responsible for reviewing outputs before commercial use
  • You must comply with copyright, trademark, likeness, or model-specific restrictions
  • ChatVideoPro is not liable for any legal claims arising from your use of generated content
  • ChatVideoPro does not guarantee that generated media will be accurate, safe, or legally compliant for every use case.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties—express or implied.

This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of:

  • Performance
  • Reliability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Compatibility with all versions of Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Availability or uptime of third-party AI services

You assume all risks associated with using the Software.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momentohm Media LLC is not liable for:

  • API charges, FAL credit usage, or billing mistakes
  • Downtime, outages, or errors from any AI provider
  • Loss of footage, project files, or client work
  • Damages caused by errors in AI-generated outputs
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Software.

9. Termination

Your license may be terminated if you:

  • Violate this EULA
  • Attempt to bypass licensing or copy protection
  • Abuse or misuse the Software
  • Engage in fraudulent activity

Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software and stop using it. No refunds apply for accounts terminated due to misuse or EULA violations.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds follow the policy displayed at the time of purchase.

Refundable:

  • ChatVideoPro Base License — 7-day money-back guarantee

Non-Refundable:

  • Creator Bundle assets (presets, templates, Effects, LUTs, etc.)
  • Workflow Bundle assets
  • Any digital downloadable add-ons

These digital assets cannot be returned and are therefore non-refundable.

11. Updates, Version Changes & Discontinued Features

You understand and agree:

  • Features may change, improve, or be removed over time
  • Support for older AI providers may be discontinued
  • New AI models may introduce new usage costs
  • ChatVideoPro updates may require newer versions of Premiere Pro

Purchasing the license does not guarantee lifetime compatibility with all future Adobe or AI model updates.

12. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas unless prohibited by law.
