ChatVideoPro – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ChatVideoPro (“the Software”), owned and operated by Momentohm Media LLC.

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not install or use ChatVideoPro.

1. Description of Service

ChatVideoPro is a workflow extension for Adobe Premiere Pro that connects to third-party artificial intelligence services to provide:

  • Text, image, and video generation
  • Color grading assistance
  • Soundbite detection
  • Voice-driven controls
  • Image editing (including background removal)
  • Upscaling tools
  • Scriptwriting, idea generation, and other AI functions

ChatVideoPro itself does not generate or host AI outputs.

All outputs are created by third-party APIs you choose to connect (Fal.ai, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Kling, VEO, Seedream, etc.).

You must provide your own API keys and manage your own billing with those providers.

2. License Grant

Momentohm Media LLC grants you a:

  • Non-exclusive
  • Non-transferable
  • Revocable
  • Single-user license

…to install and use ChatVideoPro inside Adobe Premiere Pro.

You may not:

  • Resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the Software
  • Share your license key with others
  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or clone the Software
  • Recreate competing software using our code or UX
  • Create derivative products using ChatVideoPro’s proprietary logic or design

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. API Keys, Billing & BYOK Model

ChatVideoPro operates on a Bring Your Own API Key (BYOK) model.

You acknowledge and agree:

  • You must supply your own API keys (Fal.ai or other supported providers).
  • All billing is processed by the API provider — not by ChatVideoPro.
  • You are solely responsible for monitoring your balance, usage, and credit consumption.
  • Momentohm Media LLC does not control pricing, latency, availability, or uptime of AI services.
  • ChatVideoPro does not store or transmit your API keys.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You are responsible for any generations, prompts, and content produced using your API keys.
  • You will not use the Software for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • You will follow all usage policies of each API provider you connect.
  • You will ensure your computer meets Adobe Premiere Pro’s system requirements.

Momentohm Media LLC is not responsible for malfunction caused by:

  • Outdated versions of Premiere Pro
  • Hardware limitations
  • Conflicts with third-party extensions
  • Incorrect API setup

5. Intellectual Property

ChatVideoPro and all related branding, design, code, and documentation are the exclusive property of Momentohm Media LLC and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy or redistribute any part of the Software.

6. Privacy & Data Handling

ChatVideoPro:

  • Does not track user actions
  • Does not store your API keys
  • Does not collect project media
  • Does not monitor content generated using AI models

All requests go directly from your machine to the providers through your API key. For support, you may voluntarily share screenshots, logs, or recordings.

7. Third-Party Services & Disclaimer

ChatVideoPro relies on third-party APIs for nearly all AI features.

Momentohm Media LLC makes no warranty regarding:

  • Accuracy or quality of AI outputs
  • Latency or speed of service
  • Uptime, outages, or changes to API features
  • Pricing changes or credit usage
  • Licensing terms of third-party providers

The Software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: Momentohm Media LLC shall not be liable for any:

  • Direct or indirect damages
  • Lost profits, lost projects, or corrupted files
  • API charges, credit usage, or billing errors
  • Inaccurate or inappropriate AI outputs
  • Loss of business opportunity
  • Data loss or hardware issues

Your installation and use of the Software is entirely at your own risk.

9. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for the ChatVideoPro Base Package.

Digital assets in the Workflow Bundle and Creator Bundle are non-refundable (folder templates, export presets, bonus packs, etc.).

Refunds apply only to the base software license.

Refunds are processed through the marketplace the purchase occurred on (e.g., LemonSqueezy).

Abuse of refunds (multiple purchases & refunds, license sharing, fraud) may result in termination of access.

10. Updates & Changes

Momentohm Media LLC may release updates to improve features, stability, and security.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time based on changes to third-party APIs.

11. Termination

We may terminate your license if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraud, piracy, or license sharing
  • You attempt to modify, tamper, or reverse-engineer the Software

Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software and stop all use.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Texas courts.
