Resale, redistribution, or duplication of the software or license key is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your API keys.

You must not use ChatVideoPro for unlawful or malicious purposes.

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to exploit the codebase.

4. Limitation of Liability

ChatVideoPro is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances will Momentohm Media LLC or its developers be liable for any damages or loss arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to data loss or API overuse.

2. Third-Party APIs

You are responsible for reviewing the OpenAI and Google Gemini privacy policies when you use their APIs within ChatVideoPro. We do not control or access their data-handling practices.
